Hi brethren. Bless the Lord for allowing us to be in the land of the living for another day. The Lord is true with all His promises, for its impossible for God to lie (Hebrews 6:18). None of His words will return unto Him void (Isaiah 55:11). So when He says, “And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.” Psalm 37:40, He will do it. No matter how long it takes, the Lord will deliver us from any situation as long as we praise and trust in Him; He will also deliver us and give us more than we have asked for (Job 42:12). Today’s scripture is from Colossians:
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. Colossians 3:13
We must forebear and forgive one another, because if we don’t, we shouldn’t expected Christ to forgive and forebear with us (Mark 11:25-26). We must also truly forgive one another so that Christ can completely wipe our sins away and remember them no more (Jeremiah 31:34). As the definition of forgive on Merriam-Webster dictionary states:
2 to cease to feel resentment against. Merriam-Webster
We should give up all of our resentment, so that when we remember the situation, it will not bother us anymore.
